Important Terms

The free introductory phone call helps both sides decide whether TESS Tech AI's services suit the prospective client's business. Taking part does not create a service relationship or any obligation to buy. Before any paid work, both parties enter a signed agreement covering the business review, the implementation and the twelve-month Managed AI Partnership, which is mandatory. The review is not sold as an independent audit, and its fee is separate from the implementation price. The final implementation scope and price are then set out in writing. TESS Tech AI never offers exclusivity to one builder, electrician or any single company in an industry.

Business reviews begin at $495 CAD, and implementation services begin at $3,500 CAD, with final pricing determined by the complexity, requirements, and scope of the engagement. Managed AI Partnerships start at $1,500 CAD per month under an initial twelve-month agreement, subject to the services, deliverables, responsibilities, and payment terms specified in the contract. All advertised prices exclude applicable taxes, and third-party software licences, subscriptions, hosting, and external service costs are additional unless expressly included in the written agreement.

Changes in project scope, additional services, payment obligations, suspension of services, and early termination are governed by the signed agreement. Ending a managed partnership before the completion of its initial term may result in additional payment obligations as defined in the contract and subject to applicable law.
