How we work

Three stages. One clear direction.

First, we learn about your business and check that we’re the right fit. Then we put everything in a signed agreement, so the review, the build and the support that follows are settled before any paid work begins.

Across all three stages, we build, set up and look after AI tools shaped around your business and the way your team already works. Every stage has its own purpose, an agreed scope and a set price, and nothing is added without your approval.

Talk

Understand your business before choosing the technology.

We begin with a free introductory phone call. Tell us about your business, what interests you about AI, what worries you and where you struggle.

Next comes the signed agreement. It covers the business review, the scoped implementation and a mandatory twelve-month Managed AI Partnership. The paid review starts at $495 CAD. We sit down with you, take notes and look at your systems, files and processes the way they work today. It is not sold as a standalone audit.

From what we learn, we write a recommended solution and an implementation proposal. That gives the work ahead a clear starting point, and everything after it follows terms everyone has agreed to in writing.

Tailor

Build the plan around your needs, not a predefined package.

Using the findings from your business review, we design the solution around your workflows, priorities, and operational requirements.

This may involve improving existing systems, integrating software, automating processes, or developing custom AI tools. We establish the technical scope, implementation requirements, responsibilities, and final project pricing before execution begins.

Implementation starts at $3,500 CAD, with the final amount determined by the complexity and scope of the work. Once the implementation scope is accepted under your signed agreement, our team builds, configures, integrates, and prepares the solution for launch.

Activate

Put the solution to work with the people who will use it.

We activate your tested solution within your business and help your team use it effectively. The agreement defines the timing of implementation and managed services.

Ongoing management is part of your signed agreement. It includes a mandatory twelve-month managed partnership, starting at $1,500 CAD per month, through which TESS Tech AI provides the agreed maintenance, training, technical support, and continued development services.

We remain responsible for the managed services defined in your agreement, helping your systems remain useful, supported, and aligned with your evolving business needs.

As your initial term approaches completion, we review your changing requirements and discuss the next stage of your partnership, including renewal or a structured transition under the terms of your agreement.
