This notice explains how TESS Tech AI Inc. handles information through this website and its business inquiry form.
Information you provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, business name, telephone number and a description of what you would like help with.
Please provide only the information needed to explain your inquiry. Do not include passwords, payment details, confidential client records or sensitive personal information.
How we use inquiry information
The information you submit is used to review your request, assess how we may help and respond to you.
Permission to respond to an inquiry is separate from permission to send marketing messages. An inquiry does not book an appointment, create a service agreement or authorize payment.
How inquiries are delivered
Inquiries sent through the form are delivered by email to the TESS Tech AI sales inbox. The website tells you whether your inquiry was accepted for delivery.
Details entered into the form remain temporarily in the page and are cleared when you refresh or leave it. Your browser may separately retain information through its own autofill or history settings.
Website operation and security
The website uses limited technical information, including short-lived records of recent requests, to help stop repeated or abusive submissions. The inquiry form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals such as your IP address and browser under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
The website itself does not use advertising trackers or analytics tools. For the form's spam check, Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical cookies or similar browser storage. Hosting services may maintain technical logs under their own policies.
Information storage and service providers
The current application does not save inquiry messages in a website database or application logs. The delivery service and receiving mailbox process and retain submitted information.
Inquiry email is sent through Amazon Web Services in Canada and received in our Google Workspace mailbox.
